What You'll Be Doing: The Clinical Response Specialist I is responsible for assisting patients, families, and providers in navigating the admissions process with ERC Pathlight. This role will help to manage calls and correspondence on a national level by completing clinical intake screens that demonstrate sharp clinical knowledge and skills, all while providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and providers seeking care with ERC Pathlight. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, completing intake calls in a validating, timely, inclusive, and comforting fashion while determining clinical appropriateness to move forward in the admissions process. Demonstrate detail-oriented work through the necessary documentation, communication, and coordination to assist in the admission process to ERC Pathlight. Support coverage gaps for fax, email, voicemail, and web inquiry coverage to determine if patients and families are appropriate to move forward with receiving care at ERC Pathlight. Consult with referring providers and ERC Pathlight treatment teams regarding red flags or readmissions. May be required to work some evenings and/or weekends based on coverage needs a the time of hire Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any related field. One year of directly related experience may be substituted for a degree. 1+ years patient or person facing customer service experience. Experience working with individuals with mental illness. Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends. Shift Details: This 0.6 FTE position requires working remotely Sunday 8am-4:30pm MT, Monday/Tuesday 11am-7:30pm MT, Wednesday 12-7:30pm MT Location & Schedule: This position is posted as remote; however, per company policy, candidates residing within a 35‑mile radius of ZIP code 80230 will be required to follow a hybrid schedule, even if they applied to the remote posting. Remote : Mondays and Fridays On-site in our Denver Office: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
