What You Can Expect As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will support hospitals and healthcare professionals across your assigned territory covering the Namur & Luxembourg Region. You will provide hands-on clinical and technical expertise for Zimmer Biomet products, helping to ensure safe product use, excellent customer support, and strong clinical partnerships. How You'll Create Impact Provide in‑OR clinical and technical support for surgical procedures Deliver product and clinical training to surgeons and OR staff Support live cases and educational initiatives on site Assist with account development and lead generation Ensure compliance with internal quality and documentation standards What Makes You Stand Out Confidence working in operating room environments Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to train and engage clinical professionals Organized, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset Your Background Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Clinical or commercial experience within orthopedics or medical devices Solid understanding of anatomy and surgical workflows You communicate fluently and effectively in both French and English Travel Expectations Frequent regional travel within the assigned territory Valid driving license required EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
