Clinical Supervisor, Family Centered Treatment - $2,000 Hiring Bonus! Job Type Full-Time Join our team as a Clinical Supervisor and lead the delivery of Family Centered Treatment® (FCT), an evidence-based, intensive in-home model that empowers families to create lasting change. This role offers the opportunity to mentor staff, champion quality outcomes, and help families achieve sustainable success. Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision of assigned staff, provides client care, and manages the planning, development, and coordination of the assigned program of Family Centered Treatment® (FCT) evidenced based home-based trauma treatment model with children and families within a family home or in a community setting. FCT is designed for families who are at-risk of dissolution or in need of reunification. It is also designed to serve youth who move between the child welfare, behavioral health, and juvenile justice systems. This position is offering a $2,000 hiring bonus! Job Duties: Provide clinical supervision per program guidelines and certification requirements to staff. Monitor staff caseloads and provide coaching, ensuring productivity and fidelity standards. Establish development/education plans with assigned staff and ensure implementation. Facilitate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of program staff and/or practicum students. Provide direct client care based on program guidelines and need. Provide on-call emergency intervention to families in crisis situations, including assessing safety and making immediate recommendations regarding appropriate interventions. Face-to-Face supervisions occur weekly at team meetings. Individual staffing with each clinician occurs at least once every other week. In consultation with the Master Trainer, the FCT Supervisor oversees the training and certification process for the FCT workers on their team. Ensure model fidelity, compliance with regulations, and implementation of best practices. Develop and maintain program plans, procedures, and logic models. Collaborate with Finance, Billing, and Development teams for program fiscal sustainability. Establish and maintain positive relationships with program partners and stakeholders. Attend local, regional, and statewide staff meetings for supervision and program planning. Maintain accurate, written clinical records of services provided per established agency, COA, HIPAA, and CCBHC standards. Complete all documentation within established timeframes, including collecting signatures, forms, sign-off, discharge, etc. Develop a positive relationship with area agencies, including but not limited to, County Boards of Mental Health, Probation, Diversion, State Criminal Justice System, and DHHS. Assist in the marketing and promotion of mission, services, workshops, and classes. Provide and arrange client transportation to program-related appointments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to navigate complex systems of care and form collaborative relationships. Skills to work with individuals possessing a variety of behavioral health, including persons of diverse backgrounds, and the ability to integrate cultural considerations into service delivery. Ability to document concurrently using electronic software or willingness to learn. Participate in peer review, clinical supervision, continuous improvement activities, etc. Regular and predictable attendance, and promptness for work. Position Competencies: Critical thinking Taking initiative Leadership Analyzing Education and Experience: Master’s degree in the Human Service field from an accredited college required. Licensed to practice mental health in Nebraska (LMHP or LIMHP) is required. LADC is required for Substance Use Program positions but preferred for all positions. Two (2) years of behavioral health experience. Experience providing clinical training, supervision, and program development preferred Must obtain FCT Supervisor Certification from Family Centered Treatment Foundation (FCTF) upon hire and maintain requirements thereafter. Certification requires online training, required reading, and videotaped demonstration of competencies in supervising FCT staff. Knowledge of best practice standards for the treatment of traumatized persons and groups. Knowledge of program development and building relationships in the service community. Valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance, and ability to drive for agency business. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Hybrid work environment with a laptop (office and field setting, including zoom/telehealth, office locations, and/or in-home). Travel to various office locations to support client services, as needed by region. Some evening, weekend, or on-call hours may be required to meet program needs.
