Responsibilities Provide Individual and Group Supervision Conduct regular meetings with staff and advisory boards Oversee training and development of new and existing staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff in regards to scheduling and treatment plans Will also carry a caseload weekly Complete progress notes and approve supervisees progress notes, Assessments, Treatment Plans, and other medical records As a leader, provide mental health trainings, and other trainings related for the development of staff Maintain a positive and productive team culture by providing clear direction, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring adherence to company policies and expectations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is preferred The required licensing/certification to perform this role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations Demonstrate ability to manage others, including handling scheduling and problem-solving Flexible work from home options available. Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year We are seeking an LMFT or preferred LCSW that is interested in a supervisory position with the opportunity to continue to practice your craft by seeing 10 clients a week. Build your own team and supervise and provide group supervision or tradic for to 6 therapists. You would approve notes for your associate level employees. In this role you may be invited to train associate level on different topics. We are a holistic group, our niche is trauma, anxiety, and depression.
