Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a part-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to service clients and families 100% remotely. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support. Mass Pediatric ABA is offering an hourly rate of $65-$70 per hour based on education and experience. BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a sign on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment! Our BCBA will: ● Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports ● Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans ● Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision. ● Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians ● Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans ● Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA ● Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted ● Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Requirements: Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field Previous ABA Experience Completed CORI background check Benefits: Sign-on bonus after 6 months! Services Offered Individualized Treatment for each unique child and family Home and Community Based ABA Therapy We provide Intensive ABA therapy in children's homes and communities. Our highly qualified BCBAs and behavior technicians focus on behavior reduction, functional communication, receptive and expressive language as well as independence in daily living skills. We apply evidence based treatment approaches to help develop families skills relevant to their unique life. Parent Consultation and Education We empower parents and caregivers by providing them with the tools and strategies they need to confidently respond to their child's actions and help their child thrive. Parent training is an integral part of the child's therapy in order for the child to generalize and maintain learned skills. Our board certified behavior analysts will work closely with parents and caregivers using an evidence based approach to parent coaching.
