Clinical Supervisor, BCBA — Part-Time, Remote
At a glance
- Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour, Billable. $22hr Non-Billable
- Schedule: Part-time, choose between 15 or 20 billable hours per week. 3-5 hours weekly, non-billable.
- Location: Fully remote (telehealth). Must reside in the state of California.
- Status: W-2 employee, hourly
- Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, sessions scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Schedule Work Hours: Must be available during peak hours 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM Monday-Friday. (Saturday sessions also available).

What you'll do
Essential Functions
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee evidence-based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.)
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems
- Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement
- Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans
- Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices
- Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development
- Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed
- Provide remote clinical guidance to technicians supporting clients who display physical aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors

- Actively communicates Autonomous Behavior Solutions' outreach efforts to the community
- Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner
- Participates in professional meetings or conferences beneficial to program development
- Adheres to the mission, vision, and values of Autonomous Behavior Solutions
What you'll bring
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB®
- At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings, including at least 1 year providing remote supervision
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family-centered care
- Must reside in California and be able to pass a criminal background check and Live Scan
Schedule and work environment
- Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week, 3-5 hours of non-billable hours per week.
- Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM; your hours will fall within that window based on caseload and client availability. Must be available during peak hours, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
- This is a fully remote, telehealth-based role. You'll supervise clients receiving services in home, school, and clinic settings, but your work is conducted remotely
- Requires a private, HIPAA-appropriate workspace and reliable high-speed internet
- Frequent virtual interaction with families, technicians, educators, and allied professionals
- Primarily sedentary work at a computer, with extended periods of video-based supervision and consultation
Pay and equal opportunity
The pay range for this position is $50.00 – $65.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined by experience, credentials, and caseload.
