🔍 We are looking to build our team with a Clinical Systems Specialist, reporting to our Clinical Systems Manager. The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality training and on-demand support to team members on the athenaOne software application, along with additional systems such as Nabla, Impilo, and others down the road. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in provider-facing healthcare software, with at least 3 years of experience in implementing, training, or support on athenahealth’s athenaOne application. This role combines technical and clinical workflow expertise with educational skills to ensure all team members are proficient in using these critical clinical systems.

🎯 What you'll do:

• System Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for team members on athenaOne, Nabla, Impilo, and other software used by knownwell. Training will be delivered remotely and, when necessary, in person.

• Workflow Documentation: Document workflows for all systems, ensuring that procedures are up-to-date and reflect current best practices and newly available functionality. Roll out new and updated workflows to team members, ensuring understanding and monitoring adoption/adherence.

• Workflow Support: Provide ongoing support for all systems, assisting team members with troubleshooting and optimizing their use of each system.

🌟Who you are:

• At least 3 years of experience with hands-on athenaOne implementation, training, or support, with a deep understanding of workflows and configuration options.

• Experience facilitating remote software training for end users and/or experience delivering new user onboarding.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way to a diverse audience.

• Strong technical writing skills, with proven ability to document processes and workflows, as well as create user-facing job aids and training materials. Video and e-learning module production experience is a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• A commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.

• Willing and able to travel up to 15% for in-person training sessions and support, such as when a new clinic is opening.
