Apsida Life Science is partnering with a global CRO company to present the following role:


We are seeking an experienced Country Clinical Trial Coordinator based in Singapore to provide remote support for clinical trial activities at the country level.


The consultant will support the coordination and oversight of clinical trial activities across Singapore, working closely with Sponsors, CROs, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Investigators and Clinical Trial Sites to ensure studies progress according to agreed timelines, protocols, applicable regulations and ICH-GCP requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinical trial activities at the Singapore country level, supporting the smooth execution of assigned studies.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between Sponsors, CROs, investigators, clinical trial sites and relevant internal teams.
  • Support study start-up activities, including site identification, feasibility, site selection and preparation of required documentation.
  • Coordinate and track country-level clinical trial milestones, timelines, deliverables and outstanding actions.
  • Support the preparation, review and tracking of regulatory and Ethics Committee submissions in accordance with Singapore requirements.
  • Coordinate collection, review and maintenance of essential clinical trial documentation.
  • Support communication with clinical trial sites and follow up on outstanding documents, actions, queries and study requirements.
  • Track site activation, recruitment, patient enrolment and study progress across assigned Singapore sites.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of Investigator Meetings, site initiation activities and other study-related meetings.
  • Monitor study documentation and ensure appropriate filing and maintenance of country-level trial records.
  • Support the coordination of protocol amendments, safety documentation, regulatory notifications and other country-level study updates.
  • Identify potential delays, compliance issues or operational risks and escalate them to the appropriate study team.
  • Prepare and maintain country-level study trackers, status reports and other clinical trial documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management and Project Management.
  • Ensure clinical trial activities are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, applicable Singapore regulations, study protocols and relevant SOPs.


Required Experience

  • Previous experience in clinical research / clinical trial coordination within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO or clinical research environment.
  • Experience coordinating clinical trials at a country or multi-site level.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes from study start-up through study close-out.
  • Experience with clinical trial site coordination, feasibility, start-up and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Singapore clinical trial regulatory and Ethics Committee requirements.
  • Good understanding of ICH-GCP and applicable clinical research regulations.
  • Experience working with Sponsors, CROs, investigators and clinical trial sites.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities remotely.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote, cross-functional study team.
  • Candidates must be based in Singapore.
