Clinical Trial Coordinator - Sponsor-dedicated

Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) Join Fortrea (sponsor-dedicated) and play a key role in the successful delivery of global clinical trials by providing essential operational and administrative support to study teams. Key Responsibilities Support the coordination and tracking of clinical trial activities and documentation. Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and study tracking systems. Coordinate study materials, supplies, and shipment logistics. Assist with Investigator Meetings and project-related communications. Collaborate with study teams, investigative sites, sponsors, and vendors. Prepare reports and ensure accurate study records and data management. Provide overall administrative support to clinical project teams. What We're Looking For Associate degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant clinical research experience. Previous administrative experience or exposure to the clinical research, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
