Job Title: Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) Job Description The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of clinical trials. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with investigators, study site personnel, CRAs, CRO team members, and external vendors. The CTM will supervise all aspects of Clinical Trial Operations, including project management, study center activities oversight, CRA monitoring activities, and vendor management, ensuring that trials are delivered on time, with high quality, and within budget. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of Clinical Trial Operations. Manage clinical project management tasks and oversee study center activities. Monitor CRA activities and manage vendor relationships. Work cross-functionally to ensure trials are delivered on time, with appropriate quality, and within budget. Essential Skills 3-5+ years of Clinical Trial Management experience. 3+ years of oncology experience. Experience with sponsor organizations. Study budget and financial management experience, including contract and invoicing. Global experience in clinical trials. Monitoring expertise. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline. At least 5 years of clinical trial management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO. Understanding of clinical trials from start-up through close-out, including experience with Inspection Readiness. Ability to lead effective meetings and ensure cross-functional communication. Working knowledge of GCPs, FDA, and ICH regulations and guidelines. Experience managing external service providers. Experience with international clinical trials, including those in the EU, CA, and Australia. Understanding of data management, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and pharmacovigilance. Proven verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Willingness to travel 5-10%, both domestically and internationally. Work Environment This position is 100% remote with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
