Company Description Revive Therapeutic Services is a licensed behavioral health agency serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts, dedicated to making high-quality psychiatric and therapeutic care the standard. Founded in 2021, the organization has grown rapidly from an outpatient practice into a comprehensive agency with more than 60 team members working across clinical, community, and corporate environments. Services include outpatient therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and case management and community support. Revive partners with state agencies, health systems, schools, and employers to expand access to care and build sustainable mental health infrastructure in underserved communities. The agency meets people where they are, offering care in offices, in the community, and through telehealth.


Role Description The Clinician is a full-time, hybrid role based in Providence, RI, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Clinician will provide individual outpatient therapy, conduct clinical assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and offer ongoing therapeutic interventions to diverse populations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining clear and timely clinical documentation, collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and community support staff, and coordinating care with external partners such as schools, health systems, and state agencies. The Clinician will engage in regular case consultations, participate in team meetings and trainings, and support clients across office-based, and telehealth settings. This role contributes directly to Revive’s mission of improving access to mental health care and supporting sustainable recovery in local communities.


Qualifications

  • Active independent or associate-level clinical license in Rhode Island (e.g., LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) or eligibility to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field.
  • Demonstrated competency in providing outpatient psychotherapy, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-informed interventions.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and comfort addressing a range of mental health conditions, including mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and co-occurring disorders.
  • Strong skills in clinical documentation, electronic health record (EHR) use, and adherence to regulatory, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and community partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach.
  • Comfort providing services in hybrid settings (in-office, community, and telehealth) and managing a full-time caseload responsibly.
