Cloud Architect

A large technology services business is looking for an experienced cloud architect to join the team. This role focuses on designing and implementing tailored technical solutions that drive business outcomes for enterprise customers across modernization, cloud-native architectures, and artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will act as a technical advisor throughout the customer journey, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Creating and leading complex solution designs focused on cloud migrations, modernization, and intelligent automation.

• Collaborating with account teams and delivery groups to ensure technical solutions are realistic, achievable, and optimized.

• Providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process and throughout the implementation of large-scale cloud projects.

• Sharing knowledge through mentoring, training, and the creation of reusable technical artifacts and process improvements.

• Partnering with cross-functional domain experts to deliver integrated solutions across supply chain, advertising, and customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable, secure cloud solutions within the technology or consulting sector.

• Professional fluency in both French and English, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and guidance in both languages.

• Strong technical background in artificial intelligence architectures and industry-specific solutions for retail or consumer goods.

• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive stakeholders.

• Experience managing the technical aspects of statements of work and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
