Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Engineer with strong Python and Conversational AI experience, ideally with Dialogflow. Key skills include GCP, Dialogflow, LLMs, and GECX (Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience), agent development, Agent Assist and Conversational Insights, telephony and system integration, and API and backend development. The role is fully remote from anywhere in EMEA, with no country preference, for 6+ months with possible extension.

Core Responsibilities

• Agent Development: Architect and build sophisticated AI agents with Gemini Enterprise for CX, Gemini models, and CXAS: reasoning, grounding, and tool-use.
• Platform Migrations: Migrate legacy conversational interfaces (Dialogflow CX, Playbooks, third-party bots) to CXAS and generative AI architectures.
• Agent Assist and Conversational Insights: Deliver Agent Assist capabilities (Generative Knowledge Assist, Proactive GKA, AI Coach, Live Translation) and use CCAI Insights for conversation analysis.
• Telephony and System Integration: Connect AI agents to CCaaS/telephony platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya) and enterprise CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk) via APIs and middleware, with real-time omnichannel routing.
• Prompt Engineering and Tuning: Build complex prompts and orchestration layers for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and safety.
• RAG: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines over company documentation and knowledge bases.
• Infrastructure and CI/CD: Build CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation with Terraform and scalable infrastructure-as-code deployments.
• Agent Ops and Monitoring: Build evaluation frameworks for latency, accuracy, and safety.
• Collaboration: Work with CX leads and product managers to translate business needs.

• Strong Python skills (mandatory).
• Conversational AI experience (mandatory), ideally with Dialogflow.
