CMR & Plate Registration Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented professional to take full ownership of the live review of CMRs and plate registrations submitted by our External Partners. The primary objective of this role is to ensure accuracy, prevent delays, and maintain a high standard of operational quality by reviewing documents in real time. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works independently, communicates effectively, and has a strong sense of responsibility. This person will become the dedicated owner of this process and will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence. This is a fully remote contractor position. The contractor must provide their own computer, internet connection, and work equipment. The contractor must be able to issue invoices for services rendered. The contractor is responsible for ensuring a suitable and secure remote working environment. The successful candidate should demonstrate: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment. Perform live reviews of CMRs and vehicle plate registrations submitted by External Partners. Verify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information before processing. Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies to prevent operational delays. Follow up with External Partners when corrections or additional information are required. Take full ownership of the CMR and plate registration review process. Monitor recurring errors and identify patterns that may impact operational quality. Escalate repeated mistakes or recurring issues immediately to the Team Leader. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and External Partners to ensure smooth operations. Continuously look for opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and process quality.
