Role Description
The Co-Founder role is a remote position responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s strategic vision across both advisory pillars. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining growth strategies, leading business development initiatives, and building long-term client relationships in European and GCC markets. The role involves overseeing key accounts, guiding executive recruitment and remote staffing projects, and steering international business and go-to-market engagements. The Co-Founder will collaborate on financial planning, operational frameworks, and process optimization, while helping to establish partnerships and expand the firm’s global footprint. This position requires active participation in thought leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all client engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, assess business performance, and support strategy and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, stakeholders, and cross-cultural teams, both written and verbal.
- Proven sales capabilities in consultative selling, pipeline development, and closing strategic advisory and staffing engagements.
- Marketing and go-to-market experience, including positioning, demand generation, and channel or partner development.
- Solid research skills for market entry assessments, competitive analysis, and identifying new geographic and sector opportunities.
- Prior entrepreneurial, co-founding, or senior leadership experience in consulting, staffing, or international business is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong ownership, resilience, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with European or GCC markets and familiarity with global compliance and operational standards is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous but not mandatory.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This may particularly suit an experienced professional with approximately 15+ years of career, business or leadership experience who is comfortable working with people across different professional and cultural environments.
You may come from international business, partnerships, consulting, recruitment, client relations, business development, people and culture, learning and development, education, professional services or another relationship-focused environment.
International or cross-cultural experience is highly regarded, but what matters most is your ability to connect naturally, communicate confidently and build trust with people from different backgrounds.
You’re professionally mature, self-directed and comfortable taking responsibility for your own activity and outcomes.
You’ll also need to be comfortable communicating by phone and Zoom, with strong professional English communication skills.
IMPORTANT: HOW THIS IS STRUCTURED
This is not a traditional salaried employment position. It operates through an independent, equity based co-founder role with profit sharing, Salary can be considered from year 2 with performance-based.
