Role: Co-Founder & COO. Equity with vesting, not a salaried position.

Over 1.5 million companies in Europe and North America are owned by people over 70. Buyers exist, but banks rarely finance smaller business acquisitions: manual credit analysis costs too much for deals of that size. The barrier is the cost of assessment, not the risk.

BrAIvix gives banks AI infrastructure to finance the purchase of a business the way a mortgage finances a home: AI underwriting, a collateral structure designed for the bank, and monthly loan monitoring. The bank keeps the credit decision, the risk and the client.

Where we are

• Working demo, two product modules live
• 458 buyers registered organically through our partnership with Sunbelt Business Advisors, zero ad spend
• Irish company; technical co-founder (CTO) with a credit background

Who we are looking for

• Background in SME lending, credit, or bank partnerships
• Network that can bring a first partner bank to a pilot
• Ready to own operations as COO
