About Plannorium

The world has more software than ever, yet critical work remains fragmented. Teams waste precious hours managing disjointed tools, noisy communication, and buried data instead of focusing on what actually matters.

At Plannorium, we build intelligent, mission-critical digital infrastructure designed to make high-stakes, highly regulated, and demanding operational environments feel simple, connected, and clear.

Our core infrastructure ecosystem includes:

  • Healthcare Operating Systems: Flagship clinical platform Curenium
  • Trust, Document & Workflow Systems: Plannorium Sign, Plannorium Identity, and Aenex

In an industry dominated by archaic, bloated enterprise legacy tools, we build modern, lightning-fast, secure operational platforms that clinicians, executives, and administrative teams genuinely want to use.

The Role

We are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who pairs long-term brand vision with high-agency execution.

Hospital executives, clinical directors, C-suite decision-makers, and health-system investors form opinions long before formal procurement calls take place. You will define our global voice, command market presence, and establish deep institutional credibility—spearheading our go-to-market strategies across our priority expansion regions in the US, UK, and Europe.

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will lead our overarching parent-brand identity while building a repeatable, scalable demand-generation engine for our multi-product roadmap (leading with Curenium as our commercial spearhead).

We do not believe in superficial hype, feature checklists, or noise for the sake of noise. Our ethos is simple: Show real utility, make the complex feel effortless, and build what matters.

What You’ll Own1. Brand & Strategic Multi-Product GTM
  • Establish Plannorium and Curenium as the premier modern alternative to cumbersome legacy hospital information systems and enterprise software.
  • Define and execute the global marketing roadmap, driving near-term commercial traction for Curenium while laying GTM foundations for Plannorium Sign, Identity, and Aenex.
2. Founder & Executive Thought Leadership Distribution
  • Architect and execute founder-led visibility strategies across LinkedIn, healthtech publications, and industry platforms to warm up high-value enterprise procurement leads.
  • Shape authority, founder narratives, and executive messaging tailored to UK, European, and US health-system stakeholders.
3. Enterprise Demand Generation & Full-Funnel Growth
  • Build, test, and scale targeted inbound and outbound acquisition channels aimed at enterprise C-suites, hospital leaders, and clinical operators.
  • Develop high-converting case study frameworks, interactive product walkthroughs, white papers, and digital touchpoints that focus on clarity over jargon.
4. AI-Accelerated Content Engine & Modern Operations
  • Champion native AI workflows across research, creative production, campaign testing, and funnel automation to scale output rapidly without administrative bloat.
  • Build lean, high-velocity distribution channels and targeted regional campaigns without relying on massive agency spend.
5. Next-Gen Search, Analytics & Attribution
  • Pioneer Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and modern Technical/Content SEO to ensure organic authority across traditional search and AI-powered answer engines.
  • Architect our CRM, pipeline analytics, and marketing stack from scratch, taking full accountability for conversion rates, CAC, pipeline metrics, and commercial attribution.
6. Commercial & Capital Enablement
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to produce high-impact sales collateral, pilot acquisition decks, enterprise pitch materials, and investor updates.

What You Bring
  • Proven B2B Enterprise / HealthTech Track Record: Demonstrated experience shaping brand narratives, product marketing, or GTM strategies for complex, regulated software environments from zero to market awareness.
  • Deep Instinct for Enterprise Buyers: Clear understanding that hospital CEOs, CIOs, and clinical leaders care about clinical outcomes, data liability, security, uptime, and workflow calm—not consumer hype.
  • Multi-Product Platform Thinking: Ability to maintain a cohesive parent-brand voice while executing distinct commercial playbooks for individual products.
  • Native AI Tooling Fluency: Daily, hands-on mastery of modern AI workflows for rapid research, content creation, media design, and automation.
  • Modern Search & GEO Acumen: Solid understanding of technical SEO mechanics and evolving generative answer platforms.
  • High-Conviction Entrepreneurial Drive: High agency, resilience, and resourcefulness to build a category-defining brand identity and distribution engine within an early-stage setting.

Nice to Have:
  • Hands-on command of design or prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Experience creating video walkthroughs, interactive product demos, or basic motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement, identity/document management, or UK/US/EU healthcare workflows.

Location & Compensation
  • 📍 Location: Remote (EU, UK & US), with regular working availability aligned to UK business hours.
  • 💼 Compensation: Early-stage founding executive arrangement with an initial 3-month milestone-based engagement, transitioning into formal founding equity grants, competitive salary, and executive performance incentives aligned with commercial revenue and funding milestones.

How to Apply

To apply, send your CV or LinkedIn profile along with links to relevant work or portfolio pieces.

We are particularly interested in reviewing:

  1. Concrete GTM frameworks, positioning playbooks, or launch plans you’ve authored.
  2. Verified examples of enterprise acquisition, pipeline growth, or demand-generation results.
  3. Work samples demonstrating SEO/GEO strategies, product demo narratives, or minimalist technology branding.
