Company Description Lumai Ads is building an autonomous marketing platform that unifies every channel into a single, data-driven solution. Founded by a performance marketer with twelve years running paid acquisition across ecommerce, SaaS and fintech, currently CMO at a business school in Switzerland.

The role

Technical co-founder. You own the product and the engineering; I own commercial, marketing, fundraising and customers.

What needs building next: a rule evaluator that walks campaign performance against an economics ceiling and produces recommendations with the reasoning attached, autonomous campaign construction with human approval, an independent tracking layer that reconstructs conversion data the ad platforms restrict, and AI creative generation.

The hard problem is not calling APIs. It is making a machine that can hold every keyword, placement, geography, device and hour simultaneously, check each against a ceiling, and explain its reasoning in terms an advertiser can verify. An engine that says "trust me" is worthless. Every recommendation has to cite the numbers it came from.

What I am looking for

• You have shipped production software, not just prototypes
• You are comfortable with LLM-backed systems and know where they are unreliable
• Backend and data modelling matter more here than frontend polish
• You can make architectural decisions alone and defend them
• You want equity and ownership rather than a salary

What I am not looking for

Someone who wants a specification handed to them. This is a co-founder role, which means disagreeing with me when I am wrong about the product.

The honest part

There is no salary. There is no funding yet. This is equity in a company with real technology, no customers, and an unproven thesis.
