Commitment: Full-time preferred, open to part-time to start

Compensation: Co-founder equity (10–20%), 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff; salary after funding ($150K–$180K)

About ARIA

ARIA is the reasoning layer for life sciences commercial teams at CDMOs, CROs, and equipment, reagent and consumable manufacturers.

Life sciences companies lose context at every handoff, from marketing to sales, contracts, delivery and finance. ARIA holds that context and runs the whole chain: account read, outreach, CRM update, meeting prep and follow-up. ARIA assembles the work and the team approves it. Every claim is sourced. Nothing goes out without a person's sign-off. It runs on the systems a team already uses.

ARIA is live in production with design partners.

What you'll own

• The technical vision and architecture, end to end

• The agent, memory and retrieval systems at the core of the product

• Making a working platform enterprise grade: security, reliability, audit trails, and the controls regulated buyers ask for

• Hiring and leading the engineering team

• A seat at every company decision, from product to fundraising

Who I'm looking for

• A systems thinker and agentic engineer who has built multi-agent LLM systems end to end, in Python and TypeScript/React

• You've put LLM systems into production, with real users depending on them

• You know retrieval and evaluation, and you're honest about where models fail

• Fast, resourceful and accountable

• Ready to hire and lead engineers (managerial experience is a plus)

• Life sciences experience is a bonus. Curiosity about how this industry buys and sells is enough to start
