Co-Founder, Growth & Marketing

About the role

Kiimra is a live AI personal trainer and nutrition coach, already available on iOS.

I’m looking for a hands-on Co-Founder, Growth & Marketing to join at an early stage and help turn a working product into a growing company.

This is not a traditional marketing role and not a freelance social media position. I’m looking for someone who wants to help build Kiimra as part of the founding team.

What you’ll work on

• Go-to-market strategy

• Early user acquisition and growth experiments

• Positioning and messaging

• Content strategy and distribution

• Partnerships and community building

• App growth, retention and conversion

• Testing channels, offers and acquisition loops

• Helping shape the company alongside the founder

What already exists

Kiimra is not just an idea.

The product is already built and live on iOS. It includes AI coaching, personalized training and nutrition guidance, persistent user context, structured AI interactions and health/activity integrations.

Product, AI and development are currently covered by the founder.

The next major challenge is distribution.

Who I’m looking for

Someone entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working in a very early-stage environment.

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in areas such as:

• Growth marketing

• Consumer apps

• HealthTech / FitnessTech

• Product marketing

• Performance marketing

• Content and organic growth

• Partnerships

• Early-stage startups

You don’t need to match every point. What matters more is ownership, execution and a genuine interest in building a company from an early stage.

Compensation

Kiimra is currently bootstrapped.

This is an equity-based founding role.

There is no cash salary at this stage.

The intention is to build long-term value together, with equity structure discussed transparently based on role, commitment, experience and contribution.

Location

Remote.

Europe is preferred for easier collaboration, but strong candidates from other locations are welcome.

Kiimra is building an AI coaching experience that goes beyond generic chatbot responses.

The goal is to create a coach that remembers, adapts and uses real user context — goals, training history, activity, nutrition, preferences and limitations — to provide more personalized guidance over time.
