About EchoNest
EchoNest Solutions AB is a Swedish telecom R&D startup developing software for open and intelligent radio networks.
We research, develop and test O-RAN applications, including rApps and xApps. Our work covers network intelligence, automation and optimisation, from exploring ideas and building applications to integrating them with platforms and evaluating how they perform.
The role
We are looking for a co-founder who wants to help build EchoNest and take responsibility for an agreed part of the company.
You will work directly with the founder on the company’s priorities and development. Your focus could be technical, product or commercial, depending on the experience you bring and where we see the strongest fit.
Your responsibilities could include:
- Developing applications and shaping the product roadmap.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying business opportunities.
- Building relationships with customers and industry partners.
- Developing the commercial approach, including positioning, pricing and sales.
- Helping with funding opportunities and company strategy.
We will agree on clear responsibilities and priorities together.
Who we would like to hear from
You have relevant experience in telecom, software engineering, AI, product development or business development for technology companies. Familiarity with O-RAN would be useful.
We value people who follow through on their work, communicate openly and are willing to discuss and challenge ideas. You should be comfortable working independently and able to make a consistent commitment to the company.
Previous startup experience is welcome, but it is not required.
Equity and working arrangement
- This is an equity-only co-founder role. No salary is offered.
- Up to 20% equity is available. The final share and terms will be agreed based on your responsibilities, contribution and time commitment.
- You can work remotely. We will discuss your availability and agree on a practical working arrangement.
- You will have a say in the company’s direction and key decisions, alongside responsibility for moving the business forward.
