Role Description:
The Co-Impact Investment Partner & Strategic Leader will play a central role in driving investment and strategic growth across AgroNest’s agri-infrastructure initiatives, including drones, data centers, warehouses, and food factories. This full-time hybrid position is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating co-investment opportunities, deploying personal capital in alignment with AgroNest’s impact and returns objectives, and structuring partnerships with angel investors, corporate venture capital units, venture partners, manufacturers, and other strategic stakeholders. The role involves developing investment theses, conducting due diligence, guiding portfolio companies on business planning and market development, and supporting long-term value creation within the agricultural ecosystem. The partner will also represent AgroNest in strategic discussions, cultivate high-value relationships, and contribute to overall corporate strategy and governance.

Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Business Development and Strategic Partnerships to identify, structure, and grow high-impact investment and commercial collaborations.
- Experience in Consulting and Business Planning to evaluate opportunities, build robust financial and operational models, and advise portfolio and partner organizations.
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and deepen relationships with co-investors, corporate partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of deploying own capital in early-stage or growth-stage ventures, ideally in agri-tech, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Solid understanding of agri-infrastructure domains such as drones, data centers, warehousing, and food processing, with an interest in sustainable and impact-focused investments.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in WP. Kuala Lumpur and travel as needed for site visits, partner meetings, and industry events.
