Position Summary: The Business Enterprise Solutions Team Co-op position offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience supporting a variety of private business clients. The successful candidate will assist with full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, management reporting, government filings, and other accounting-related matters while developing their technical and professional skills. Major Responsibilities Assist with bookkeeping to trial balance, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, cheque runs, and account analysis Assist with preparing client payroll using QuickBooks and other online payroll service providers Assist with preparing T1, T2, and T3 tax returns Prepare tax and regulatory forms, including T4, T5, HST, EHT, and WSIB filings Draft correspondence related to client engagements Organize and maintain accurate client records and supporting documentation Assist with management reporting and other accounting-related projects as required Communicate professionally with clients and members of the engagement team Qualifications/Experience: Currently pursuing a college diploma or university degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field Interest in developing a career in accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online is an asset Knowledge of Caseware, CaseView, or TaxPrep is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure Strong commitment to accuracy and quality Professional approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team About Fuller Landau We are an accounting, tax, and advisory firm with a team of over 160 people.
