The Role Description

Are you a coach or mentor interested in applying your experience in a flexible, remote environment?

You’ll connect with people interested in personal and professional development, understand their goals and introduce suitable educational programs.

Your listening skills, thoughtful questions and ability to build trust will support informed conversations and decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct introductory conversations remotely with people interested in personal development
• Use active listening and thoughtful questions to understand their goals and interests
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Introduce suitable leadership and personal development programs
• Guide prospective clients through the information and decision-making process
• Manage enquiries, appointments and follow-up activities professionally
• Undertake marketing and outreach using established systems
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and professional development
• Manage your activities independently and take responsibility for your results
