Zr3i.com is building a technology-driven platform with the ambition to solve meaningful problems through software, automation, and AI.
We’re looking for a CTO Co-Founder to join at an early stage and take ownership of the technology function from the ground up.
This is not a traditional CTO job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a company, not simply work for one.
The Opportunity
As CTO Co-Founder, you will be responsible for turning the product vision into a scalable, reliable technology platform.
You will have significant ownership over:
- Technology strategy and architecture
- Product engineering and technical execution
- AI and automation where relevant
- Backend, frontend, infrastructure, APIs, and integrations
- Security, scalability, performance, and reliability
- Building and leading the engineering team as we grow
- Selecting the right technologies and development practices
- Turning ideas and prototypes into production-ready products
- Establishing the technical culture and engineering standards of Zr3i.com
You will work directly with the founder on product, strategy, experimentation, and company building.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a builder and entrepreneur, not just a developer.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have strong full-stack/software engineering experience
- Can architect and build products from 0 → 1
- Are comfortable making technical decisions independently
- Have experience with modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and AI
- Can move quickly without sacrificing fundamentals
- Think about users and business outcomes, not just code
- Are comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early-stage startup
- Want meaningful ownership and influence over what you're building
- Have the ambition to build something substantial over the long term
Previous startup or founding experience is a strong plus, but a proven builder mindset matters more than titles.

This is an EQUITY-ONLY CO-FOUNDER ROLE.
There is no salary or cash compensation at this stage.
In return, the CTO Co-Founder will receive a meaningful equity stake in Zr3i.com, with the exact percentage to be discussed based on experience, commitment, responsibilities, and the expected long-term contribution.
The goal is to create a genuine founder relationship where we both have significant skin in the game.
As the company develops and reaches funding/revenue milestones, the compensation structure can evolve accordingly.
