Be Part of a High-Performing, People-First Team
Axiom Path is an AI-enabled staffing and professional services firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We support US-based clients across technology, professional services, engineering, financial services, and other specialized industries.
Our recruiting delivery team works in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where technology, automation, and human connection all play an important role. We’re continuing to strengthen how we engage with candidates through AI-supported tools and improved communication workflows.
The Outreach Specialist will join a newly created function focused on connecting with candidates already in our database, applicant pipelines, and other identified lead sources. This team plays an important role in making sure people don’t get overlooked and that every potential opportunity starts with a real conversation.
This role works closely alongside recruiters but operates in a dedicated outreach lane—helping ensure candidates are engaged quickly, consistently, and with care.
What’s In Store for You
- Fully remote role supporting a US-based staffing organization and US-based clients
- Hands-on onboarding on systems, workflows, and AI-supported platforms, plus exposure to diverse US industries and US job markets
- Collaborative team environment with opportunity to help shape a new function and potential long-term growth into recruiting or talent operations based on performance
This is a full-time night-shift position aligned with US business hours. Candidates must be able to work remotely and fully commit to the schedule, training, and performance expectations.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Work through assigned candidate lists, applicant records, and other lead sources, making outbound calls to introduce opportunities with US-based clients and gather key information through structured, recruiter-provided questions
- Engage in real, human conversations with candidates who may not be expecting a call, learning about their experience, skills, goals, availability, and preferences for US-based roles and US work environments
- Identify strong matches, coordinate recruiter handoffs or next steps (including scheduling when appropriate), and ensure every interaction is clearly, accurately, and completely documented in the system with strong attention to detail
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records and statuses (e.g., unavailable, not interested, not a fit) so recruiters can easily understand next actions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency at all times
- Follow call guides and workflows while keeping conversations natural, respectful, and aligned with creating a positive first impression of Axiom Path and its US client partners
- Use AI-supported tools for notes, summaries, and workflow efficiency while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail in all documentation
- Participate in coaching and call reviews, share insights from candidate conversations, collaborate with the other Outreach Specialist, and contribute to improving the overall candidate engagement process
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in every interaction, ensuring all candidate information, updates, and follow-ups are accurately captured, properly recorded, and consistently maintained in the system
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience supporting US-based customers/clients or working on US accounts in a customer-facing, phone-based role (call center, BPO, customer service, sales, dispatch, collections, appointment setting, or similar)
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone conversations and speaking with people clearly, confidently, and professionally in English (spoken and written)
- Strong ability to listen, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, build rapport nraturally, and maintain a natural, human conversation style
- Strong customer service mindset with patience, empathy, curiosity, and professionalism when engaging with diverse individuals and backgrounds.
- Comfortable working within structured processes while maintaining conversational flow and quality interactions
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to accurately capture, document, and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and any related platforms for tracking candidate interactions and call outcomes.
- Reliable, organized, and consistent in maintaining clean, accurate records and following through on all required updates
- Open and receptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with a strong desire to grow and refine skills over time
- Self-directed and accountable, able to work independently in a remote setting while consistently meeting expectations, deadlines, and performance standards
- Comfortable navigating core recruiting and communication tools, including CRM/ATS platforms, softphone, email, and collaboration systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Exposure to AI tools, transcription tools, or automation workflows is highly desired.
- Must have a reliable and stable internet connection, and quiet workspace
- Must be available for a full US-aligned night shift and required training sessions, with no conflicting work that impacts availability or performance
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, warm, and comfortable talking to people. Someone who enjoys conversations, stays organized, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You don’t need recruiting experience—just the right attitude, communication skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do.
Over time, this role can open doors into recruiting, sourcing, or other talent-focused paths for those who want to grow within the industry.
