Cold Email Operations Specialist (Smartlead)

Dream Clean 123, a US-based company, is looking for a hands-on specialist to run our B2B cold email campaigns in Smartlead. You’ll take direction from our marketing team and handle the technical setup, launch, monitoring, and reporting.

Open to applicants located in Latin America.

What you’ll do:

• Set up and manage multiple sending domains and email accounts in Smartlead
• Build campaigns from provided instructions (lists, sequences, schedules, follow-ups)
• Ensure campaigns, personalization, and settings are correct before launch
• Monitor deliverability, inbox health, bounces, and replies
• Track performance and recommend improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Smartlead (or similar platforms, with ability to learn quickly)
• Experience managing multiple domains/inboxes and outbound campaigns
• Understanding of deliverability, domain authentication, and analytics
• Strong attention to detail and reliable execution
• Good level of conversational and written English
