Join us as a Colleague Technology Security Lead Lead on our evolving our colleague identity capabilities Work on ensuring consistent Malware Protection Enhance our Data Security, including but not limited to: Classification, Location, Protection (in use and at rest) What you'll do We are creating a new team within our CISO organisation to own and lead all aspects of Colleague Technology Security. This role will lead a small team (initially 4 people) and will broadly cover: Securing and managing local AI use and access Software / SaaS / Browser plug in controls Working on General Sys Admin Collaborating closely with the wider CTS (Colleague Technology Services) and Security team Supporting your team in achieving their goals and progressing their careers The skills you'll need You'll need experience e ither leading a small team or as a strong technical lead, who is genuinely keen to progress into people leadership. You'll also need: Previous experience with AI / Agentic AI The ability to manage complex and competing priorities A strong passion for supporting and developing people in their roles Technical expertise implementing and managing identity solutions Experience working in fast pace DevOps style environments Experience in rapidly changing and scaling environments Hours 35 Job Posting Closing Date: 17/09/2026 Ways of Working:Remote First
