Profile Requirements: Up to 2 Years of Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service-related roles Strong phone presence and confidence making outbound calls Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and empathetically Comfortable tracking data, updating records, and managing follow-ups Proficient with CRM or account management systems Core responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to clients regarding payment status and overdue accountsContact references and guarantors when required to assist in collection effortsSend payment reminders via phone, email, or messaging in a professional and courteous mannerDocument all client communication and follow-up activity accurately in the CRM or tracking systemNegotiate payment arrangements when appropriate and follow through to ensure complianceCoordinate with internal teams for loan processing, account updates, and payment postingVerify client information, account details, and payment history to support collections effortsUpdate records to reflect payment commitments, promises to pay, and outcomes of communicationAssist with account reconciliation and tracking of outstanding balancesMaintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding collectionsProvide regular reports on collections activity and status of accounts Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
