Direct the Travis County Medical Assistant Program by managing end-to-end program operations, financial oversight and administrative workflows.
Manage charity care matching processes between the hospital and Ascension Medical Group to ensure eligible patients receive appropriate financial assistance.
Serve as a dedicated financial counselor for patients by handling self-pay accounts, resolving billing concerns and establishing manageable payment solutions.
Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolios to drive timely balance resolution and maintain network revenue integrity.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
