JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Billing Administrator will be a pivotal member of the EZFacility Customer Success department. The primary responsibility will be to process, verify, balance, and adjust billing and accounts payable transactions requiring the use of independent judgement. Priority setting is an integral part of this role, as well as, the ability to liaise with EZFacility product specialists, our corporate office, and clients. Additionally, the Billing Administrator is expected to seek continuous improvements in productivity. The Billing Administrator will report to the Director of Operations.

• Input all new clients and billing changes into our billing software
• Time Management: Run billing on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Contact any clients that have declined for their monthly billing to collect payment
• Input expenses for our management team
• Work closely with product specialists to make sure client billing is up to date
• Manage and process checks
• Approve and manage payment of vendor invoices
• Maintain and improve upon current Attrition reporting—while acting as the front line defender for upgrade and downgrade opportunities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of basic accounting and/or bookkeeping principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Organizing and Problem Solving: Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment where unique problems require creative solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Approachability and Listening: Dependable, approachable and proactive with a positive, team-oriented attitude—that places a special emphasis on being able to listen and react to client concerns
• Previous work experience within a billing role preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Accounting preferred
