- You will maintain clear technical documentation, including data definitions, business logic, transformation rules and support procedures, ensuring reporting solutions are well-documented and maintainable.
- You will partner with BI, Data and Technology teams and source-system owners to investigate data and platform issues, improve reporting architecture and support the evolution of the analytics portfolio, including potential migration toward Tableau Next or other target platforms.
- You will actively identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline reporting workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data analysis and quality, and scale the delivery of commercial insights.
- You will also contribute to the development and adoption of AI-enabled reporting solutions, ensuring outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
Who You Are:

- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data models, data transformations and complex datasets; familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools.
- Experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality, usability and performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities, organize work effectively, communicate progress and risks proactively, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across business, analytics, BI, and technology teams.
- A structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to documentation and continuous improvement.
- Interest in and practical curiosity about AI and automation, with the ability to identify opportunities to apply these technologies to reporting, data analysis and workflow optimization. Willingness to experiment with AI-enabled tools, assess the reliability of their outputs, and translate successful use cases into scalable improvements.
