Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients across home, motor and other household covers, acting as their main point of contact for renewals, queries and claims support
• Process new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments accurately, and negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms for clients
• Spot gaps in a client's existing cover and recommend suitable add-ons or policy changes, turning routine renewals into opportunities to grow the relationship
• Maintain accurate client records, ensure compliance requirements are met and work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes

Key Skills Required

• Previous experience within commercial insurance, ideally in a Account Executive or Account Handler role
• Solid working knowledge of home and motor insurance products, along with a good general understanding of the Irish personal lines market
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
