Commission-only contractor opportunity | Accredited Representative Konica Minolta is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Master Agent, along with Sub Agents, to join our Queensland Sales Team and support growth across the commercial sector. These opportunities are ideal for driven sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, uncovering new business opportunities and delivering value-led solutions to customers. Please Note: These are commission-only contractor opportunities. Successful candidates will be engaged as Accredited Representatives and will be required to operate under their own ABN. The roles offer uncapped earning potential, supported by an established brand, existing customer relationships and a rewarding commission structure. About the Opportunity Reporting to the Qld Sales Manager, the Master Agent and Sub Agents will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing and strengthening relationships with existing Konica Minolta customers across commercial and not-for-profit sectors. You will have the opportunity to leverage an existing customer base while proactively generating new leads through outbound activity, customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams. In this role, you will: Develop new business opportunities across your territory. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to support revenue targets. Conduct customer-facing sales calls with identified prospects and existing accounts. Generate leads through proactive outbound activity, including cold calling and digital outreach. Collaborate with marketing, inside sales and internal stakeholders to support lead generation and customer engagement. Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity details and pipeline information in the company CRM. Represent Konica Minolta with professionalism and a strong customer-first approach. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Previous sales experience will be valued, but attitude, activity and a willingness to learn are just as important. You will bring: Strong determination, resilience and self-motivation. A proactive approach to prospecting, including phone-based and digital outreach. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to build trust with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams. A strong focus on goals, time management and delivering customer value.
