A central support office provides financial, HR, IT, Supply Chain and other administrative services to the group companies each of whom retains its own personality and who operate across a number of catering and hospitality markets.

Recent acquisitions provide the group with new opportunities and include prestigious locations such as Musee Du Louvre in Paris and partnerships with established chefs such as Claus Meyers in Denmark.

Through the collection, analysis and interpretation of data, the role delivers actionable insights that support commercial decision-making, supplier performance reviews, benchmarking activities and savings opportunities. • Support external benchmarking activities using internal and external data sources to provide market comparisons and practical insights
  • Analyse market intelligence, commodity trends, supplier pricing movements and inflation indicators to identify risks, opportunities and emerging trends that support commercial decision-making
  • Assist in tracking and reporting key inflation indices, including Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Food Price Index (FPI), and support supplier basket rebalancing initiatives
  • Deliver regular cost price reporting, forecasting and analysis, identifying key drivers of change, commercial opportunities and areas of value leakage
  • Support Procurement and Operational teams by translating complex data into clear recommendations that improve commercial performance, margin and decision-making
