We’re looking for a Commercial Associate or Senior Associate to join our thriving commercial practice, working on complex, meaningful matters in a team known for its quality, trust and down‑to‑earth culture. We’re interested in hearing from practitioners with 3 or more years relevant experience.

The role

You will work with major consumer brands and thriving corporate businesses on commercial issues including commercial and IT contracts, marketing reviews, franchising, privacy and data protection, consumer law and regulatory matters. Experience advising in the consumer products and/or healthcare sector would be a bonus but is not essential.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being trusted with their work, values thoughtful legal problem‑solving, and wants hands‑on exposure rather than sitting behind layers of hierarchy.

About you

You will:

· have 3+ years PQE from a top, mid or respected boutique firm, or in-house

· have solid experience in contracts and contract drafting

· be interested in innovating the way in which legal services are delivered

· have a clear and direct written and verbal communication style

· be down-to-earth

· dot the i’s and cross the t’s

· have a strong work ethic

· have a curious mind

· feel comfortable directing and organising your own work

· be self-motivated

· enjoy working autonomously as well as in a team

· enjoy interacting with a wide range of people

· feel comfortable engaging with clients directly (including in person and on the phone).
