Title: Commercial Coordinator E-commerce & Europe Markets

Reports to: Senior Manager E-commerce / Regional Director Europe


Job Summary

The Commercial Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the performance of the region by coordinating retail, distribution, and e-commerce activities. This position serves as a key point of coordination between international clients, distributors, internal teams, and headquarters to support efficient day-to-day commercial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to work in a fast-paced, global beauty and fragrance environment.


This position is in-office 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week.


Key Responsibilities

Logistics

  • Coordinate and verify client orders, ensuring forecasts, allocations, inventory, and pricing align with company policies and requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to finalize orders and support timely shipment and invoicing.
  • Monitor order and shipment status, proactively communicating delays or issues and helping identify effective solutions.
  • Support distribution and e-commerce partners with order planning and forecasting.
  • Maintain and update trackers for shipments, forecasts, and claims.

Administrative & Sales Support

  • Provide statements of account to distributors and liaise with Finance regarding overdue balances and credit limit matters.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Sales team, including ad hoc projects and requests.
  • Support new client onboarding, including listing templates, internal processes, data sharing, and system uploads.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Trade & Ecommerce

  • Maintain and optimize product listings and content across markets and e-commerce platforms, including Amalytix for Amazon and Zalando listings, ensuring accurate assets and technical product data.
  • Coordinate new product launches, including product listings, launch calendars, template completion, content and asset optimization, and brand page updates.
  • Monitor trade marketing plans & campaign executions, including visual approvals, assets coordination.
  • Track market pricing and pricing deviations and identify opportunities to improve and streamline price monitoring processes and tools.


Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience in a commercial, export, sales support, or related role.
  • Experience within the beauty, fragrance, or FMCG industries highly preferred.
  • Ecommerce experience preferred.


Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
