Playtech is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Director to lead our growth strategy in Brazil. Your influential mission. You will... Define and execute Playtech's commercial strategy for Brazil. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. Build and manage executive-level relationships with operators and strategic partners. Lead complex negotiations and commercial agreements. Identify new business opportunities and product growth initiatives. Represent Playtech at industry events, conferences, and key stakeholder forums. Monitor market, competitor, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy. Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver customer success. Components for success. You... Fluent English and Portuguese. Proven track record in commercial leadership, business development, or strategic partnerships. Experience driving revenue growth and managing C-level client relationships. Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution. Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, SaaS, technology, or digital entertainment is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the Brazilian business landscape.
