As a Commercial Effectiveness Senior Analyst, you will connect teams, data, technology, and programs to improve growth, client experience, operational effectiveness, and employee wellbeing. You will partner across Sales, Client Management, Marketing, Operations, Data and Analytics, and external vendors to move priorities from idea to execution in a collaborative, matrixed environment. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional commercial growth and optimization programs from planning through phased execution, with clear governance, decision tracking, risk management, and follow-through. Translate reporting needs into useful insights by managing intake, prioritizing requests, validating outputs, and improving data quality across vendor platforms, internal tools, business intelligence applications, and customer relationship management systems. Improve visibility and accountability by standardizing intake, tracking, reporting, and data-validation processes across regions and functions. Conduct opportunity sizing, segmentation, pipeline, market share, and related analyses that help leaders focus commercial priorities and identify gaps in activity or data quality. Maintain reliable client and prospect data sets and partner with Data and Analytics teams to strengthen dashboards, reporting accuracy, and future system integration. Prepare concise, executive-ready updates, recommendations, and presentations for leadership meetings, business planning, steering committees, and sales forums. Own the structure and cadence of the NPS program in partnership with the enterprise NPS team, including communications, insight consolidation, strategic alignment, tracking, monitoring, and pulse survey planning. Identify practical, responsible digital and artificial intelligence use cases and support adoption through implementation plans aligned with governance and data-protection standards. Coordinate vendor-supported wellbeing and employee assistance programs across virtual, hybrid, and onsite settings, including implementation, issue resolution, invoices, post-program materials, and stakeholder communications. Support proposals and requests for proposal by confirming operational feasibility and advising Sales and Client Management on program capabilities, reporting commitments, and implementation considerations. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, client operations, vendor management, reporting, or a related business function. Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations, status updates, and recommendations for business stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using customer relationship management, reporting, or business intelligence tools. Ability to work independently while building effective partnerships across functions, regions, and external organizations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, wellbeing, or employee assistance programs. Knowledge of Salesforce, Qlik, or similar customer relationship management and business intelligence platforms. Experience with customer experience measurement, knowledge management, digital enablement, or responsible artificial intelligence adoption. Project management, process improvement, analytics, or artificial intelligence certification. Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities to enhance project delivery, stakeholder collaboration, knowledge management, and operational efficiency. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 63,600 - 106,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
