Your work ensures that our culinary solutions reach more kitchens with the right balance of taste, nutrition, and functionality, strengthening our position in these key markets.
What you'll do
- Own commercial finance partnering with sales and marketing, focusing on sales rebate management and pricing strategies.

- Manage commercial controlling processes to ensure financial discipline and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with cluster finance, sales, and marketing leads to align financial plans with business goals.
Performance
You will own the financial health of Czechia and Slovakia markets by driving forecast accuracy and delivering insights that enable profitable growth. Your data-driven approach will support decision-making that balances short-term results with long-term sustainability. Success will be measured by improved financial controls, forecast reliability, and the ability to identify and act on commercial opportunities.
Care
This role reports to the Cluster CFO of Central and Southeastern Europe and works closely with sales and marketing leads based in Prague. You will contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture that values flexibility and innovation. Your leadership in financial governance will ensure responsible growth that benefits our consumers, communities, and the business for years to come.
Passion
You bring a genuine curiosity about how financial insights can shape better food experiences and business outcomes. Your passion for precision and innovation supports Flora Food Group’s mission to deliver culinary essentials that combine taste, nutrition, functionality, and reliability. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where your ideas and initiatives help raise the bar for what’s possible.
About you
You have strong experience in commercial finance, ideally within fast-moving consumer goods, and are comfortable working with complex financial models and forecasting tools. You demonstrate curiosity, proactivity, and a growth mindset, thriving in a role that requires entrepreneurial thinking and resilience. You are motivated by making a measurable impact through data-driven business partnering and enjoy collaborating across functions to drive results.
You take pride in working for a company with over 150 years of expertise in food, and you understand that excellent work in every function is what allows Flora Food Group to put better food on tables around the world. You bring the same rigour and care to your discipline that our teams bring to every product, because how we work is as important as what we make.
Where this could lead to
This role is a stepping stone to becoming the Chief Financial Officer of the Central and Southeastern Europe cluster. Over time, you will expand your leadership scope and influence, shaping financial strategy across multiple markets and driving broader business transformation.
