Competitive Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Short- and long-term disability Life insurance Responsibilities Install HVAC/R systems according to specifications and mechanical code requirements Troubleshoot HVAC/R systems and support startup activities Install ductwork and piping systems Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used Follow company and industry safety standards at all times Support additional field responsibilities as needed Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC/R installation experience preferred Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred Experience installing and starting package units and split systems up to 25 tons Duct installation and pipe fitting experience EPA Certification required Strong understanding of current mechanical codes Ability to read and understand prints and schematics Clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Looking for a Company That Still Feels Human?
