Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Commercial, Industrial and Retail Property Brokers. The role involves managing property listings, engaging with landlords, investors, and occupiers, and advising clients on sales, leasing, and investment opportunities in commercial, industrial, and retail real estate. Daily tasks include researching market trends, conducting property inspections (where applicable), preparing marketing materials, and coordinating viewings and negotiations. The broker will manage transaction pipelines from initial client engagement to deal execution, support valuation and pricing decisions, and maintain accurate records in CRM or deal-tracking systems. Collaboration with the wider advisory team to share market intelligence, refine strategies, and identify new business opportunities is expected.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate skills, with experience in office, industrial, or retail property
• Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex property and investment concepts clearly
• Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms, and be comfortable working independently in a remote, results-driven environment.
• Relevant real estate certifications, brokerage licenses, or professional memberships, along with prior experience in commercial property, are highly beneficial.
