We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Marine Insurance Producer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive new business and build lasting relationships across marinas, shipyards, yacht clubs, and other maritime clients. Position Summary: This individual will focus on developing new business opportunities and servicing existing accounts within the marine industry, including marinas, shipyards, boat dealers, yacht clubs, and other maritime-related businesses. The ideal Producer will have a strong background in commercial and marine insurance, excellent sales skills, and established relationships in the maritime sector. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the marine and maritime industries, marine contractors, etc. Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, expertise, and exceptional service Assess risks and provide tailored insurance solutions, including marine liability, property, hull & machinery, P&I, and workers’ compensation Collaborate with underwriters and carrier partners to deliver competitive proposals Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and meet or exceed sales and revenue goals Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates relevant to marine insurance.
