Commercial Operations Analyst

Role Description The Commercial Operations Analyst is a part-time role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves analyzing commercial performance data, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting forecasting and budgeting activities to optimize revenue and operational efficiency. The analyst will collaborate with finance, commercial, and customer-facing teams to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations. Daily tasks include monitoring key performance indicators, validating data accuracy, assisting with pricing and contract analysis, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires clear communication of findings to stakeholders and contributions to process documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving.
• Commercial acumen with experience in market analysis, pricing, or sales performance tracking.
• Finance-related skills such as basic financial modeling, budgeting support, and variance analysis.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way.
• Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, stakeholder support, and relationship-building.
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools; familiarity with BI or reporting platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in commercial operations, analytics, or a related field in the MENA region is a plus.
