Serve as business process owner, establishing standards, governance, and scalable solution designs. Own application reliability and operational continuity through strong partnerships with IT and vendors. Coordinate critical incident response, driving rapid resolution and root-cause elimination. Drive process optimization, system enhancements, and adoption of sustainable digital solutions. Lead training, standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region. You bring Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 7+ years of experience in ERP, business systems, digital transformation, or process improvement. Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, governance, and business process optimization. Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing diverse stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, change management, and communication skills. Experience with SAP and manufacturing or life sciences environments preferred. The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $105,000-$125,000, CAD. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
