The Commercial Project Manager is the Commercial lead for key transformation and S&OP projects, collaborating with cross functional teams and providing clear and timely commercial input to contribute to positive project outcomes in line with the company's strategic objectives. They support and input into project timelines and resource planning, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure harmonized processes. In this role, they may participate in Regional S&OP meetings, in addition to project specific ATGs, and will collaborate with the supply base for project execution, ensuring confidentiality is maintained whenever required. On top of project management responsibility the key role is to support sourcing managers and operations team to enable smooth supply and operations with key suppliers impacted by the projects. Excellent change management and communication x-functional and x-commercial is the key success factor for the role.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Support regional commercial transformation projects, as the commercial representative, executing cross-functional QuEST and QES projects of high complexity.
- Implement commercial transformation projects in line with all business, strategic and business targets, liaising with the different commercial pillars.
- Drive strategic and operational commercial representation and engagement in all Central/Regional ATGs, preparing and providing input from and for the commercial team, aligning with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee project processes, tool management, and knowledge retention, with special attention to the commercial deliverables required for project stage particularities and input.
- Proactively engage with key departments like R&D, PACKS Development, IE, and Supply, along with other commercial pillars and local representatives.
- Communicate & collaborate with Suppliers regarding project timelines, requirements, prices and deployment to ensure smooth & effective project implementation and operations ongoing during the project time.
- Communicate changes, risks in ATG volumes promptly to the Supply team to facilitate accurate Demand.
- Data collection and Consolidation and capacity planning, ensuring efficient and responsive planning processes during transition period.
- Manage smooth operations and issues resolution for the suppliers impacted by the projects and also wider context.
- Support Sourcing Team coordinating their expertise and enabling them to contribute to the projects.
What are we looking for?
- University Degree Level (e.g.: Finance, Economics BSc) or equivalent education.
- Fluent English.
- 3-5 years in Commercial, Supply Chain or similar environment.
- Complex Project Leadership Experience.
