Role Description The Real Estate Broker role at Al Marwan Developments is a remote commission based position responsible for representing the company’s properties and development projects to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting virtual property presentations, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, and negotiating offers and contracts in alignment with company guidelines. The broker will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s portfolio, local real estate trends, and legal requirements while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. The role also involves building strong client relationships, providing ongoing support throughout the transaction process, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and legal to facilitate successful deals.

Qualifications

• Strong Brokerage and Real Estate skills, with the ability to manage property transactions from initial contact to closing.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to build trust, understand client needs, and convert inquiries into successful deals.
• Knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, contracts, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency with remote work tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Relevant real estate license or certification, as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate brokerage is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage depending on the target market.
