Role Description This full-time hybrid Real Estate Broker role is based in Tripoli, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Broker will source, list, and manage agricultural real estate opportunities aligned with the company’s micro farmland investment model. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on property options, conducting property viewings, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and guiding investors through the transaction process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams on farmland management details, and providing continuous customer support to investors. The broker will help expand the company’s real estate portfolio, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the growth of agricultural investment offerings.
Qualifications

• Strong Brokerage and Real Estate skills, with experience in property listing, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Knowledge of Real Property concepts and regulations, preferably with exposure to agricultural or investment properties.
• Proven Sales and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build trust, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Tripoli, managing both in-person property activities and remote client communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain investment structures and real estate terms clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple listings, client meetings, and documentation requirements.
• Prior experience in real estate brokerage, investment sales, or agricultural property management is an advantage.
• Relevant professional license or certification in real estate brokerage, where applicable, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software.
