5-Star Refrigeration is hiring an experienced rack technician to service supermarket refrigeration systems throughout the area. If you know rack systems, can troubleshoot independently, and take pride in getting the job done right, we want to hear from you.

Candidates must currently live between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain supermarket refrigeration rack systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot compressors, electrical components, controls, defrost systems, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify problems before they lead to equipment failure or product loss.
• Respond to service calls and communicate clearly with customers about findings and repairs.
• Complete accurate service documentation and follow safe work practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven hands-on experience servicing supermarket refrigeration rack systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and work independently.
• EPA Section 608 certification.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Current residence between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

This position requires an experienced rack technician who can step into the work with confidence. Residential HVAC or standalone refrigeration experience alone does not meet the requirements.
