What You’ll Do: Oversee all commercial roofing production from start to finish Manage and support subcontractor crews, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency Schedule projects and coordinate materials, deliveries, equipment, and manpower Conduct job site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, Project Managers, vendors, and customers when needed Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule and within scope Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions quickly and effectively Review and manage change orders, job costs, and project progress Lead and participate in production, scheduling, and safety meetings Ensure proper jobsite documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle Drive continuous improvement in production processes, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Commercial roofing experience required (Superintendent or similar leadership role preferred) Experience with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing preferred Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, specifications, and manufacturer installation requirements Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Ability to lift up to 80 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Tech-capable (smartphone, apps, basic computer systems) Must pass a drug and background check Background Check Requirement Because this position involves driving, handling materials, and access to job sites and company property, successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment.
